Dear Believers, Friends & Fellow Students,
As-Salaam Alaikum!

This week we begin the final section of Study Guide 18: Rising Above Emotion Into The Thinking of God, titled WARNING. Minister Farrakhan closes this Study Guide with a direct word of caution to us all to even approach a movement toward polygamous relationships.

He is clear: "This Study Guide is in no way intended to inspire, in any brother or sister, a movement toward polygamous relationships." Rather, the Aim is the Reformation of both the Black man and the Black woman, with special attention on the Black woman, for as he reminds us, "Where there are no decent women, there are no decent men, for the Black woman is the Mother of Civilization."

Let us close this Study Guide the same way we opened it, with self-examination, self-analysis and self-correction, asking honestly how we view and treat women (whether we are female or male).

May Allah continue to bless us with Love and the Light of Understanding!

1. Minister Farrakhan describes the Black man's current view of the Black woman as so underdeveloped it "must be characterized as filthy," and states this is why the practice of polygamy today "would constitute the disrespect of the Black woman." Do you agree with his assessment?
